Mrs. Tiffany E. Rhodes joined the firm in July 2006. She focuses her paralegal skills on various types of law, including civil litigation, family law, probate, and criminal. She has worked with our various attorneys when those attorneys represent clients in Texas state courts, the Texas Court of Appeals, the Texas Supreme Court, the Federal District Courts in both the Northern and Eastern Districts, and United States Bankruptcy Courts in both the Eastern and Northern Districts.
Mrs. Rhodes’ background includes over 6 years in the legal industry working for attorneys practicing in a wide variety of law. Previously, she worked with Dallas firms practicing Commercial Litigation and Bankruptcy, Chapters 7, 11, and 13. This broad experience has allowed her to gain valuable knowledge in several areas of litigation, which are beneficial to assist the attorney and clients with litigation matters that often span various areas of the law.
Mrs. Rhodes attended Austin College in Sherman, Texas for 2 years and then she transferred into the Paralegal program at Collin County Community College, where she graduated with her Paralegal Certificate in 2006. She was elected as Co-Op Student of the year for Spring 2006. She plans to continue her education at West Texas A&M University where she will obtain her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, after which she plans to attend law school.
Mrs. Rhodes is a member of the Paralegal Association of Collin and Grayson Counties and serves on the Collin County Community College Co-Op Advisory Board. She is fluent in American Sign Language and is a Notary Public for the State of Texas.
Mrs. Rhodes lives in Anna with her husband and three sons, and is very active at First Presbyterian Church in McKinney where she has been a member for 22 years.
